Replacement and Re-shipment policy
- Replacement claims are valid for 10 days from the order delivered date.
- Wrong or damaged product: Contact customer support with images for resolution.
- Replacement for plants: Available if the plant is damaged (uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves). Note: If the plant is not curable.
- Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.
- Missing or undelivered parts: Eligible for re-shipment.
